Bayley maintains a broad practice covering all aspects of pension, benefits and executive compensation law. He provides advice to public and private sector clients on pension plan design, administration, compliance, funding and governance. Prior to joining BMKP Law, Bayley completed his articles at a large national law firm where he assisted clients on a broad range of tax and corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

Representative Work

• Assisted a large Canadian corporation, specializing in automotive consumer marketplaces, in its acquisition of the Canadian operations of a U.S.-based automotive media company
• Assisted a Canadian federal corporation in connection with the maintenance of its initiative to finance construction of rental housing across Canada.
• Advised a large national cinema chain in connection with a tax dispute with the Canadian federal government
