We develop and deliver solutions to address funding and long-term sustainability of single-employer defined benefit pension plans, multi-employer pension plans, target benefit plans and jointly-sponsored pension plans.   

By way of illustration, our lawyers’ experience includes acting as legal counsel in connection with the establishment of jointly sponsored pension plans in the broader public sector to replace existing “traditional” defined benefit pension plans.  Our lawyers also acted as counsel to a provincial government regarding several novel public sector jointly sponsored pension plan arrangements.
