FSRA proposes changes to Guidance on Pension Plan Administrator Roles and Responsibilities

Ontario’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) is proposing changes to its Pension Plan Administrator Roles and Responsibilities Guidance.
The updates include new sections in the guidance addressing complaints and questions, managing and retaining records and delivering accurate information to plan members in a punctual manner.
FSRA invites stakeholder feedback on the new sections until September 28, 2023.
