FSRA publishes final Rule 2022 - 001 Assessments and Fees

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario’s (FSRA) updated fee rule, Rule 2022 – 001 Assessments and Fees, has been approved by the Minister of Finance and will take effect on December 1, 2023.

The fee rule governs how FSRA assesses and collects fees from the sectors it regulates, which include employer sponsored pension plans.
