Newfoundland and Labrador extend plan funding exemption for Memorial University Pension Plan

On Sept. 15, Newfoundland and Labrador published NLR 72/23: Pension Benefits Act Regulations (Amendment).
This Act extends certain plan funding exemptions for the Memorial University Pension Plan.
The changes include replacing subsections 41 (4) and (4.1), and repealing subsections 41 (4.2), (4.3) and (4.4) of the Pension Benefits Act Regulations.
