OSFI publishes fall update to 2023-2024 Annual Risk Outlook

The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has published its fall update to its 2023-2024 Annual Risk Outlook.

The update provides an overview of what has changed in OSFI’s assessment of financial system risks and it provides an update on key environmental factors and OSFI’s planned actions to address these risks. With respect to pension plans, OSFI expects to release guidance on technology and cyber incident reporting by the end of the year.
