Retraite Québec updates Annual Information Return requirements for 2025

Retraite Québec has published updates applicable to the 2025 Annual Information Return (“AIR”) for supplemental pension plans, simplified pension plans, and voluntary retirement savings plans.
For supplemental pension plans, updates to the 2025 AIR include:
- An increase in the maximum total fees payable to $191,000.
- An increase in the per-member or beneficiary fee to $13.35.
For simplified pension plans and voluntary retirement savings plans, the per-member filing fee has been increased to $6.55.
