Cary K. Wong

Cary is a lawyer at BMKP Law practicing in the areas of pension, benefits and executive compensation law.

Cary has practiced exclusively in the area of pension, benefits and executive compensation law his entire career. Prior to joining BMKP Law, Cary acquired more than 20 years of experience as a pension and benefits lawyer at a multinational HR consulting firm.

Cary has a wealth of experience providing advice to employers and plan administrators on legislative and regulatory compliance matters involving pension and benefit plans, including compliance with pension, tax and employment standards legislation. He assists clients with the interpretation of plan documents and day-to-day administration issues, such as pension division on marriage breakdown and benefit entitlements.

Cary has extensive experience drafting clear and effective plan documents and member communications with a view to legislative compliance, and to reflect plan design changes, business reorganizations and corporate transactions.
