David is a lawyer at BMKP Law practicing in the areas of pension, benefits and executive compensation law.
David maintains a broad practice covering all aspects of pension, benefits and executive compensation law. He provides advice to public and private sector clients on pension plan design, administration, compliance, funding and governance.
Prior to joining BMKP Law, David completed his articles at a pre-eminent Canadian law firm, where he assisted with a range of pension, benefits and executive compensation matters as well as with tax planning and litigation and corporate transactions.
In addition to the practice of law, David has completed actuarial exams providing him with a strong quantitative foundation to support his legal practice in pension and benefits.
