Overview Education

Jessrusty is an articling student at BMKP Law, focusing on all aspects of pension, benefits, and executive compensation law.

Prior to joining BMKP Law, Jessrusty was a summer law student at a major consulting firm, where he worked on corporate immigration and regulatory matters.  At Osgoode Hall Law School, Jessrusty served as a research assistant to multiple professors, contributing to their work in tax law, legal theory, and evidence, and worked as a teaching assistant at York University.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Jessrusty volunteered with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic, advising early-stage startups on corporate structuring, employment issues, and other related legal matters.
